June 10 is the first day of Strength & Conditioning Camp. We will be following a similar format of last year, half of time inside and half outside. Your specific group will be determined on site. If you are a WR Captain please be aware that you are responsible for your teammates on this list that was given to you. Each Captain will take roll at the beginning of every day. Aside from the first week we will start with Explosion on Monday, Strength on Tuesday, Explosion on Wednesday, and Strength on Thursday.
